Hello, I'm Rachael, the founder of Rachael Bruce SEN Parent Advocate. First and foremost, I am a mum to three amazing children, one of whom has additional needs.
Life threw me into the world of EHCPs, school meetings, endless paperwork and legislation as I fought for my child's support. It was overwhelming, emotional and, at times, incredibly lonely.
That experience inspired me to become a SEN Parent Advocate, so no other family has to face it alone. My support is honest, compassionate and personalised to your circumstances, because there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to your child.

My support comes from lived experience as a SEN mum. I help you organise your thoughts, experiences, evidence and paperwork into clear, structured documents, so you feel prepared and confident when advocating for your child.
Depending on the package, support can include parent discussions, reviewing information and evidence, organising timelines and concerns, preparing documents, helping structure parent responses and email support. Most packages involve approximately 4 to 6 or more hours of support, depending on your circumstances and the information involved.
